Do I need technical experience for Hosted SRS?
No. Hosted SRS is designed for nontechnical rental owners. We handle hosting, setup, configuration, and launch, then hand over a complete rental system ready for your team.
What do I need for the SRS Plugin?
The plugin option requires your own WordPress website with WooCommerce 7.0 or newer, WordPress 6.0 or newer, and PHP 7.4 or newer.
Can SRS prevent customers from booking unavailable inventory?
Yes. Availability checks use rental dates, times, quantities, overlapping bookings, configurable rules, and temporary checkout locks to reduce conflicts.
How many websites does a membership cover?
Each membership covers one WordPress website. You can deactivate the license on one site and activate it on another when moving the store.
What happens if I cancel?
Renewal stops at the end of the paid period. Automatic updates and support end with the membership, but the version already installed on your site keeps operating.
Can I manage my card and invoices myself?
Yes. Use the secure Manage Billing page to receive an expiring Stripe portal link for card changes, invoices, or cancellation.
How do I request Hosted SRS?
