Which SRS plan should I choose?
Choose SRS Essentials for a newer business with a smaller qualifying catalog. Your first year is free, then Essentials is $49/month. Choose SRS Complete for a ready-to-use system with more tools and support, or Premier for advanced integrations, complex migration and dedicated guidance.
Can I try any SRS plan before paying?
Yes. Every plan includes at least 30 days free. Add a payment method to begin, but nothing is charged today. Essentials remains free through your first year. Complete and Premier begin monthly billing only if you continue after the trial. Third-party provider costs and separately scoped custom work are not part of the free trial.
How long is the SRS Essentials free period?
Your first 12 months are free, then SRS Essentials is $49/month. We show the ongoing price from the beginning so you can build with SRS knowing exactly what continued service costs.
What counts toward the SRS Essentials product limit?
Essentials is designed for catalogs of up to 10 qualifying products. Only active rental products with a standard unit rental price over $50 count. Quantities and lower-priced items do not count, so 100 chairs rented at $2 each are not treated as 100 products. As sustained growth takes you beyond Essentials, we will help you choose the right next plan.
What makes SRS different from a basic booking website?
A basic booking site stops at the order. SRS connects date selection and checkout to availability, rental pricing, service areas, deposits, balances, inventory, customer history, tasks, reporting and follow-up.
Can SRS handle complicated rental pricing?
Yes. SRS supports more than 20 rental pricing and fee rules, including duration, overnight, weekend, holiday, rush, bundle, repeat-customer, service and setup-related adjustments. The rules used for your operation are configured and tested during setup.
How does SRS reduce booking conflicts?
SRS checks overlapping availability for the requested dates and times. When checkout holds are enabled, it can temporarily hold the relevant inventory while a customer completes checkout. Availability is still validated before the booking is accepted.
Can customers pay a deposit instead of the full balance?
Yes. SRS supports deposit and pay-in-full workflows, balance tracking, payment links and balance reminders through the payment setup configured for your operation. Provider approval, accounts, transaction fees and eligibility are separate.
What happens when a customer leaves checkout?
When the required contact information is available, SRS can save the opportunity for follow-up, create a recovery quote or payment path, and report which opportunities return. Recovery depends on configuration, message delivery and the customer choosing to complete the booking.
Can you move the products from my current website?
SRS includes tools for importing an agreed catalog from a website scan or CSV. Imported products are reviewed, matched to the rental setup and tested before launch. Customer records and historical orders are scoped separately when available.
Will my staff need to manage the technology?
No. The ready-to-use SRS offer is prepared and managed as a business system. Your team works in the rental operation; SRS handles the underlying platform and product updates according to the plan.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start with the plan that fits now and move up as your catalog, team, integrations or operational complexity grows.
How quickly can we launch?
Timing depends on catalog size, migration and custom requirements. After discovery, we provide a practical launch plan with clear responsibilities and checkpoints.
Are third-party subscriptions and usage fees included?
SRS includes the feature or integration access described by your plan. Customer-owned provider accounts, API credentials, subscriptions, message credits, transaction fees, ad spend and usage charges are separate unless your proposal explicitly says otherwise.
What happens if a subscription payment is late?
SRS provides a fixed 30-day grace period for a failed payment. If billing is still unresolved afterward, licensed services and publishing another qualifying product can be paused temporarily. Existing storefronts, products, bookings and data remain online and are not deleted.
How do I manage billing and payment history?
Use the secure Member Account page to see membership status, member-since date, connected websites, invoice history and Stripe-hosted payment controls.
