    Orders

    Search imported orders by ERS reference

    Orders search now matches saved ERS references, helping staff find imported records using the number a customer already has.

    • Search full or partial references, including common ERS prefixes or #.
    • Customer, address and contact searches remain available.
    • Search applies to records with a saved ERS reference; it does not import orders.

    New-order email layout

    The Clean owner notification groups event details, rental items and payment summaries in a receipt-style layout.

    • Event details appear in one row on desktop and wrap on mobile.
    • The order link opens the SRS editor for staff with access.
    • Recipients and send timing are unchanged.

    Compact mobile dashboard actions

    The dashboard groups key actions and sales information in a more compact mobile layout.

    • New Order, Take Payment and View Calendar share one row when permitted by your role.
    • Sales Activity uses a compact layout with icons beside values.
    • Existing access and payment rules are unchanged.
